第四党支部在学校党委和信息与智能工程学院党总支的领导下，紧密围绕党的建设与电气专业发展，结合当前形势和任务，2024年5月，第四党支部书记杨林同志带领电气专业教职工有序开展了一系列政治理论学习活动，学习了《习近平总书记谈劳动》《青年要立志担当民族复兴重任》《习近平总书记关于党的纪律建设的重要论述》《中国共产党纪律处分条例》等内容，为电气专业教师队伍建设提供了强大思想武器和行动指南，提升教师的政治素养和使命感，进一步推动教育教学工作与时代发展同频共振。

在学习过程中，教师们深刻认识到劳动对于个人成长和国家发展的重要意义。他们表示，作为新时代的劳动者和教育工作者，应当弘扬劳模精神、工匠精神，以实际行动践行社会主义核心价值观。同时，也要引导学生树立正确的劳动观念，培养他们的实践能力和创新精神。

针对青年要立志担当民族复兴重任这一话题，教师们纷纷表示深受鼓舞。他们认为，青年是国家的未来和希望，肩负着实现中华民族伟大复兴的历史使命。在教育教学中要注重培养学生的爱国情怀和民族自豪感，激发他们的历史责任感和使命感。通过加强思想政治教育和实践活动相结合的方式，帮助学生成长为有理想、有本领、有担当的时代新人。
